The business lives off our independent driver partners are made easier by our home office financial and scheduling teams. The management team is actively involved in guest service incident reporting and the training team provides on-going feedback to help our driver partners provide better passenger guest service.
Our driver partner support extends to marketing Yellow Cab of Columbus to build business for our driver partners. The team manages the licensing and inspection requirements of the City of Columbus and State of Ohio. This includes handling vehicle insurance and any insurance-related matters. All of these ‘background’ services are elements our driver partners do not have to worry about thanks to our excellent service support teams.
