The voice you hear on the phone if you call (614) 444-4444 to request service belongs to a trained expert in our systems who is responsible for gathering the right details to make ordering your taxi by phone easy and fast.
A second service the team provides which most people may not realize is the critical role of support to our driver partners. If there’s a problem, the Guest Service Dispatch Team sees and hears of it first and acts as the home base support to a driver partner who may be in difficulty.
We believe in providing timely, efficient, safe service and our Yellow Cab of Columbus Guest Service Dispatch Team is always ‘on’ and always supporting both our driver partners and their passenger guests.
